Mike McAnnally joined Sunshine, Enterprise, Inc., in 2005 as an Outside Sales Representative in our StepUp Scaffolding Division. He was promoted to the position of Branch Manager at the Atlanta, GA facility within six months. In March, 2009, Mike moved to Memphis, TN to assume responsibility as the National Sales Manager for StepUp Scaffolding in North America. Mike developed the system scaffolding division within Sunshine Enterprise, Inc., and has been instrumental in the growth and success of the division today.

Mike has over fifteen years of experience in the scaffolding industry and is currently the International Council Chairman for the Scaffolding Industry Association. His expertise in the scaffolding business and experience in sales brings a level of business acumen to Sunshine unequaled by the competition. Mike is committed to providing quality, service and satisfaction to all StepUp customers and to our Sunshine employees as well.  
Daniel Jamerson

Chief Finance Officer

Daniel Jamerson is a Finance Leader with extensive experience in financial planning & analysis, accounting, supply chain, and international business. For the past year 5 years, he has worked at GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) as Senior Finance Business Partner, where he leads all North American operations for Consumer Health Care business unit, which includes 4 manufacturing sites. He is responsible for adhering to financial targets and driving strategic goals, implementing productivity improvements and cost reductions, supporting working capital, treasury, and tax, managing monthly reporting, budgets, plans, and forecasts, and ensuring effective communication with key internal customers and other business units. Prior to this, Daniel worked at Hunter Fan as Manager FP&A, reporting directly to the CFO. In this role, he analyzed key performance indicators, mentored and trained financial analysts, and oversaw and managed the development of the budget, forecast, operating plan, and modeling tools. He was also responsible for quarterly and monthly financial reports, including variance analysis, as well as implementing and utilizing business intelligence tools and dashboards. Daniel often prepared financial presentations and presented to the Board of Directors and executive management. He also approved all pricing and programming for the company and worked closely with R&D on new product launches. Prior to his time at Hunter Fan, Daniel worked at ACH Foods as Senior Financial Analyst in Supply Chain Services for 6 years. During his time at ACH, he prepared consolidated reports and analysis for operations and coordinated the budgeting for the operations group. Other responsibilities included calculating and explaining purchase price variances, managing and tracking global savings initiatives, maintaining contracts with manufacturers, preparing supply chain reports, budgets, and forecasts, and preparing hedge accounting analysis for compliance with International Accounting Standards. Early career experience includes Gyrus ENT and Cleo. Daniel has a bachelor's degree in finance from Freed-Hardeman University and MBA from Union. Daniel is a native Memphian, married with two children and he enjoys spending quality time with his family and church.
